Duchess Kate is back at the BAFTAs.
The Princess of Wales returned to the BAFTAs on Sunday for the first time since 2023, walking the red carpet in a blush Gucci dress.
She accessorized her tulle dress with silver drop earrings and a bracelet.
Middleton, 44, wore the chic dress to the 100 Women in Finance charity gala dinner in 2019.
She looked in good spirits as she walked alongside her husband, Prince William, who looked down.
The 43-year-old Prince of Wales looked coordinating in a Giorgio Armani burgundy velvet evening jacket and black trousers.
The couple’s appearance marks the first time they have been seen together since Prince William’s uncle, former Prince Andrew, was arrested on Thursday.
The former Duke of York is accused of sharing confidential trade documents with the late convicted rapist Jeffrey Epstein while he was Britain’s trade envoy from 2001 to 2011.
However, Middleton made a lone appearance in Saturday’s Six Nations rugby match between England and Ireland in London.
Meanwhile, Prince William has been chairman of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts since 2010, and the princess has appeared at the BAFTAs (known as the British Oscars) for many years.
In 2023, she dazzled in a white asymmetrical Alexander McQueen dress that she wore to the same awards ceremony in 2019. She updated her look by swapping out the floral appliqué on the shoulders for more minimal fabric and adding black velvet opera-length gloves.
The royal family opted for another repeat look in 2020, with guests asked to “dress sustainably” by renting, choosing vintage, choosing sustainable labels or rewearing something they already own.
Middleton chose the latter option, opting for a white and gold Alexander McQueen dress that she previously wore in 2012.
The royal family will be mingling with Hollywood’s elite at the BAFTAs tonight. Alan Cumming will host the ceremony, with Timothée Chalamet, Leonardo DiCaprio, Teyana Taylor, Emma Stone and Kate Hudson among those scheduled to receive awards.
The princess has returned to a fuller schedule of public events since completing cancer treatment in 2024.
This year, she has a new focus on fashion, supporting local textile mills and collaborating with a renowned British brand to design her own coats in 2026.
