Kate Gosselin reveals her experiences with infertility and loss of pregnancy.
The 50-year-old nurse and former reality star launched her Tiktok account in July. Since then, she has shared more information with her followers about her life and the lives of her eight children. In the new six-part Tiktok series, Mama is open about “infertility, pregnancy, birth trips” and recalls that she was first pregnant with seven children, not six, before giving birth to Sextret in 2004.
When Kate got pregnant for six weeks, she had her first ultrasound and in part 4 of the Tiktok series posted on Wednesday, September 3, she said her seventh baby didn’t survive the next baby. “In the meantime,” she told her followers, “The seventh baby has stopped growing.”
“Along the way there was another emergency,” the nurse said. He had his child, John Gosselin (who started bleeding at some point. Of course, I thought this was the beginning of a miscarriage. I had lost all of them.”
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum went into the emergency room and went for another ultrasound. Meanwhile, the technician “has become really quiet,” Kate said. “I’m going here. It’s over,” she thought to herself, adding, “I was really scared.”
“Suddenly,” the technician said he saw “Six Heartbeats” on the screen. “It was a moment when I knew I was literally committed to these babies,” she recalled.
“It’s not that I wasn’t before,” she continued. “But the fact that it was hanging just made me threaten to lose them.
Kate later added, replied to the comment that she “always thought” that the seventh baby was a girl. “Her name would have been Emma,” she added.

The mother of eight was previously opened about the loss of pregnancy in a 2010 “Letters to My Children on Love, Faith and Family.”
“For some reason, she figured it out and she still asked,” Kate said at the time. “And you have to understand, I filled my hands with sexto pretts. But one day, when they were like one or two, I was so busy in that moment that it was a loss we suffered, but I didn’t grieve or deal with the fact that we probably had a seventh baby.”
“And to a lot of people, it’s going to sound ridiculous, they’ll say, ‘Oh my well, you’ve six, you’ve been planning, what are you thinking, what are you thinking, what are you thinking?”… But it’s the life we created and we’ll wonder you. ”
