Kate Gosselin reflects the lasting impact of her 2009 divorce from John Gosselin.
Kate, 50, answered viewers’ questions about how to get divorced on Tiktclive on Wednesday, August 27th. “And I didn’t buy all the drama and hatred and ughs. And I had kids involved, so I wanted it to be as peaceful as possible.”
Jon & Kate Plus 8 Star detailed her goal was to “not stir up trouble.”
“I didn’t hire a lawyer who wanted to stir up trouble. I just wanted it to be peace and wanted the best for the kids,” Gosselin continued. “A lot of things happened because I couldn’t control what went wrong with the kids, but I did my best.
She concluded, “If everyone wanted to play well, they might have been much more calm and better.”

Kate divorced John, 48, in 2009. The two share Kara with 21-year-old sexto prett Hannah, Leah, Alexis, Joel, Arden and Colin, as well as 24-year-old twin Maddie. The life of a Pennsylvania family was documented in TLC’s Jon & Kate Plus 8 from 2007 to 2009.
Comments come right after Colin came to claim that he and his brothers were “forced” and “attacked by each other” in a post shared on Tiktok.

The moms of eight posted a tiktok entitled “Kitchen Talk and Tips” on August 10th, where they saw and shared their lives a day after work. While responding to fans in the comments, Kate responded to a screenshot of Colin’s post.

She then liked comments from fans supporting her in Colin’s claims. “Looking back now, you can see how you are portrayed as a villain and how you weren’t.
Kate replied: “Oh, I appreciate your words. Forgive me 🥰🥰🥰.”
Another wrote that she thought Kate was “too strict” with her children, but now she sees her as “very intelligent, organized and efficient.”
