Justin Bieber made a high-profile return at the 2026 Grammy Awards with his first major performance in nearly four years.
The 31-year-old “Daisys” crooner took to the stage to perform “Yukon” in Los Angeles on Sunday night, wearing only sparkly boxer shorts and showing off his extensive collection of tattoos on his upper body.
Bieber played a purple guitar in a low-key acoustic performance as his wife Hailey looked on, and he completed his simple look with socks.
At one point, he passionately belted out the lyrics while holding his guitar on his back and hugging himself. As the song drew to a close, Bieber simply wandered off stage.
Bieber has appeared on stage several times over the years, but his last major performance was during his 2022 Justice World Tour.
The Grammy winner’s fourth concert tour began in February 2022 and ended abruptly in September due to health concerns.
At the time, he announced that he would cancel the remainder of his 70 performances scheduled for 2023, as he had publicly revealed his battle with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, which left his face “partially paralyzed.”
“After resting and consulting with my doctors, family and team, I went to Europe to continue my tour. I played 6 live shows and it really took a toll on me,” Bieber said in an Instagram video.
“I’m going to get better. I’m doing all these facial exercises to get my face back to normal, and then it’ll get back to normal,” he continued. “It’s almost time. I don’t know how long it will take, but it’ll be okay.”
Most recently, the “Yukon” singer surprised fans by joining SZA on stage at Kendrick Lamar’s Grand National Tour in Los Angeles last May.
Bieber and the “Saturn” songstress performed the “Snooze” remix and shared sweet moments on stage, including kissing SZA’s hand.
Meanwhile, the “Peaches” singer’s Grammys appearance comes as she prepares to headline Coachella in April.
He reportedly received a $10 million salary as a festival headliner without the help of an agent after breaking up with Scooter Braun.
Bieber is expected to perform songs from his album “Swag,” which was released on July 11th.
The “Things You Do” singer also released a 44-song album titled “Swag II” on September 5th.
The album included several heartwarming songs about his relationship with his wife, Haley, such as “I Do” and “Mother in You.”
