Justin Bardoni faces new charges from an unknown person who is likely to testify against him at his trial with Blake Lively.
In the declaration of oaths that people received, the person whose name was edited claims that they had repeated negative interactions with Mr. Bardoni and his peers.

The behind-the-scenes conflict in the 2024 film ends with the vibrant 38-year-old. In the compiled document, Baldoni’s accuser wrote that he “required that he would not be involved” in marketing or PR for a nameless project. They also mention a meeting with Steve Sarowitz, co-founder and co-chair of Bardoni production company Wayfarer Studios.

Lawyers for Lively and Baldoni have shown that both actor producers will be testifying during the trial. In February, Gossip Girl alumni allegedly agreed to testify about her experiences with Bardoni’s alleged behavior on set, when two of her women ended up being our co-stars.
Lively’s amended complaint first stated that Bardoni and his Wayfarer Studios co-president Jamie Heath “reported concerns about unwelcome and inappropriate behaviour” to Sony executives in May 2023 when the film was still in production. He also claimed to the same Sony executive and another producer that “another female cast member reported her own concerns about Bardoni’s unwelcome behavior.”
In August, Bardoni was faced with accusations of harassment from Isabella Ferer. The actress filed a motion claiming that his legal team is “engaged in malicious tactics” and that she fails to reach her and does not respond “for inappropriate purposes and for harassment purposes.”
The Lively and Baldoni trials are scheduled to begin on March 9, 2026.
