Joseph Duggar received no visits from his loved ones while in an Arkansas prison on child molestation charges.
Duggar’s attorney confirmed to Page Six that Duggar is the only visitor to the Washington County Correctional Facility and that he has been at the facility since March 18.
According to call records obtained exclusively by Page Six, the TLC personality only called two people from prison.
Joseph, 31, called his wife Kendra Duggar’s phone number on March 19, but she did not answer the phone. Joseph also called a management consultant on the same day, but the call remained unanswered.
On March 20, he called his wife’s number and spoke for eight minutes. He called her number again on March 21 and 22, and both calls lasted 21 minutes.
On March 23, Joseph made two separate calls to Kendra’s number. The first call lasted approximately 20 minutes, and the second call ended after 9 minutes.
From March 24 to March 26, Joseph called Kendra’s phone number twice a day, with each conversation lasting approximately 20 minutes.
The Bay County Sheriff’s Office announced on March 18 that Joseph was arrested out of state on suspicion of sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl in Florida.
He was charged with lewd and lascivious acts with a victim under the age of 12 and lewd and lascivious acts with a victim over the age of 18.
Page Six obtained a photo of him on March 19th, which showed him looking disheveled and wearing a gray shirt.
An arrest warrant affidavit reveals that the minor who accused Joseph of grooming and sexual assault told investigators that the reality star “grazed[her]vagina” with his hand multiple times during a 2020 family vacation.
The alleged victim, now 14, also “sat on the defendant’s lap,” and Duggar “held her in his arms,” the affidavit said.
The accuser claimed that the alleged sexual assaults occurred “several times,” but the affidavit concluded that they “stopped happening” after Joseph “approached the victim” and “apologized for his actions” during the trip.
He was arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail, and police told Page Six he would eventually be extradited to Bay County.
On March 20, Kendra, who has four children with Joseph, was arrested in Arkansas and charged with four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of second-degree false imprisonment.
Page Six obtained footage of her arrest, which shows her being patted down inside the jail. Kendra, 27, has since been released and is scheduled to appear in court on April 29.
In addition to the original charges related to the sexual abuse case in Florida, Joseph was also charged with the same charges.
