She’s in serious business.
Jordon Hudson filed a trademark application for the term “Gold Digger” on Monday through her company Cub Enterprises, amid a controversial relationship with Bill Belichick.
According to documents obtained on Page Six, 24, former cheerleaders will use jewelry or keychain trademarks.
The application has been accepted by the office but has not been reviewed yet.
Reps for Hudson and Belichick did not immediately respond to Page 6’s request for comment.
This is probably not the first time Hudson has applied for a controversial trademark through her company.
In April, it was reported that Hudson had filed 14 trademark applications for various phrases that 73-year-old Belichick had made.
It is no secret that Hudson gained publicity from his ongoing relationship with the Super Bowl-winning football coach.
In February, she attracted attention alongside Belichick at the Dunkin Super Bowl 2025 AD.
At the time, sports sources told Page 6 that Hudson “forced” the road to commercials, but Belichick “sees her as a way of getting paid.”
She also reportedly has accumulated a $8 million real estate portfolio since she began dating three years ago.
Belichick says he and Hudson have “both personal and professional relationships,” where she “supports” his “personal media.”
However, sources said in May that Hudson had taken over the Belichick brand entirely.
“It’s amateur hour and it’s shown,” the insider said. “They don’t know what they’re doing and they’re trying to control everything. They don’t trust anyone else. He handed the ball over to her.”
“It appears he’s got his brand at a 24-year-old,” the source added. “I think she knows everything, like the other 24-year-olds.”
