Jon Bon Jovi has revealed the name his son Jake Bongiovi and stepdaughter Millie Bobby Brown’s baby girl will be calling her.
“You fall in love right away. When I met Jake and Millie’s daughter, I fell in love right away,” the legendary rock star, 63, revealed on Thursday’s Today show.
“It’s like, ‘That’s my granddaughter,’ and that’s cool. She won’t be able to walk for at least 10 or 12 years because her daddy will be taking her everywhere,” added Jon Bon Jovi, real name John Francis Bongiovi Jr.
When host Savannah said the baby would need headphones to join Grandpa on his upcoming tour, he replied, “I’m hoping for that.”
In August, Brown, 21, and Bon Jovi, 23, shocked fans by announcing they were adopting a baby girl.
The couple, who secretly married in May 2024, wrote in a joint statement on Instagram on August 21, “We adopted a beautiful baby girl this summer.”
“We are so excited to be able to embark on the next chapter of this beautiful parent-child relationship in both peace and privacy,” they added.
“And there were three of us: Love, Millie, and Jake Bongiovi.”
The “Stranger Things” actress and the “Sweethearts” actor have yet to reveal their baby’s name, but they dropped a major clue about their little one’s name while the family of three took a walk in the Hamptons.
In a photo obtained by the Daily Mail, Brown was clutching a pink phone case with the letters “R,” “W” and “B” written on it in red.
“B” becomes the daughter’s last initial, as her and her husband’s last names both begin with that letter.
Earlier this month, the “Enola Holmes” star gave a rare glimpse of her baby in a family photo with Bon Jovi.
The photo shows Brown holding her daughter and her husband cradling their daughters. The baby was wearing a red plaid Minnie Mouse costume, and her face was blurred out.
In September, Jon Bon Jovi spoke passionately about becoming a grandfather for the first time.
“It’s crazy, but it’s amazing. It’s amazing,” the “Livin’ on a Prayer” singer told XO Bunny at the time.
“They adopted a girl. We obviously met that baby, and soon it’s going to be your grandchild, you know what I mean?” he continued. “Your baby.”
