She moves with Jackson from New York City to the Montana countryside and tracks Grace’s psychological state. The film was co-adapted by Ramsay, Alice Birch and Enda Walsh from the 2017 Ariana Harwicz novel.
Set in a version of Shirley Ellis’ hit “The Clapping Song,” The Teaser shows Dancing, Fighting and Snarling in a variety of states of passion.
The film marks Lawrence’s first since the 2023 comedy No Hard sentiment.
At the Sarajevo Film Festival in 2023, Ramsay, 55, said that his mother of two “really responded to substances, because this is about depression and bipolarity (disorders). “But that’s funny too. Well, I made it interesting. I think I made it interesting. I hope I made it interesting.”
