Jennifer Affleck and Ben Affleck attended to celebrate their son Samuel’s 14th birthday after he revealed they are co-parenting their three children.
The former lovers were photographed walking together at Combat Paintball Park in Castaic, California, on Saturday afternoon.
Garner kept his head down and Affleck stared straight ahead as he carried his gear.
Samuel and two of his friends soon followed.
Garner and Affleck, both 53, who married in 2005 and separated in 2016, were seen wandering the property separately at one point.
The couple also have two children, Violet (20) and Seraphina (17).
Garner and Affleck’s joint outing comes after the “13 Going on 30” star opened up about parenting since their 2015 separation.
“When kids grow up in separate households, I become mom and dad and he becomes mom and dad,” Garner said on the One Night Stand podcast last month.
“That can’t be helped, right? Because if you have yin and yang in the same house, you don’t get the benefits of both. So when raising children, you have to have a little bit of both.”
The “Alias” alum explained that she “lost a little bit on that,” but also “gained something,” saying, “You just learn, too. It freed me up to focus less on parenting.”
Garner and Affleck have gone out as a family on several occasions, including birthdays and holidays, and have amicably co-parented their children over the years.
In March last year, they were spotted lovingly holding hands while out paintballing with Samuel.
The following month, they gathered to celebrate Easter with their children.
The Daredevil co-stars appeared to be in good spirits as they took their two children, youngest Samuel and Seraphina, to a Red Sox game in July of that year and to the movies last September.
Although Garner appears to be single, having last been married to “Gone Girl” actor Jennifer Lopez from 2022 to 2025, Garner has been dating businessman John Miller since 2018.
