Jennifer Aniston’s longtime best friend Adam Sandler has praised her budding romance with Jim Curtis.
The “Happy Gilmore” actor publicly praised Aniston’s new relationship while presenting her with an award at Elle’s 2025 Women in Hollywood gala on Monday.
“Being around you makes me and[my wife]Jackie so happy that you and Jim found each other and are in the love that they deserve,” Sandler, 59, joked before giving a shoutout to her boyfriend.
“We love you, Jim,” he added.
The “Billy Madison” star went on to praise Aniston’s great personality.
“I can honestly say that Jen is the best in so many ways and one of the most down-to-earth people I’ve ever met,” he said.
Sandler claimed that in the 40 years they’ve known Aniston, he’s only seen her angry “about two and a half times.”
“Jennifer is beautiful, we all know that. She makes us smile and laugh. And she has an intoxicating warmth,” he said, concluding, “She’s everyone’s best friend.”
Sandler and Aniston have been friends for years and have worked together on several projects, including 2011’s “Just Go With It,” 2019’s “Murder Mystery” and 2023’s “Murder Mystery 2.”
Aniston attended the star-studded event with a hypnotist, but they didn’t walk the red carpet together.
Instead, they were seen cheering her on from inside the soirée held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.
The “Friends” actress, 56, spoke about Curtis’ talent in an interview with Elle at the event.
“Hypnosis is one of the many things he does. He’s such an extraordinary person and he helps so many people,” Aniston said.
“He’s a very special, very normal, very kind person who wants to help people heal and overcome trauma and stagnation and find clarity,” she added. “Dedicating your life is a wonderful thing.”
Aniston and Curtis were rumored to be dating in July and went official on Instagram earlier this month.
