Jennifer Aniston was unsure of knowing that even after decades of friendship, Reese Witherspoon didn’t know the real name.
The pair recently tested their 25 years of friendship in an active round of “Do you know me?” In the case of Ladbible, Witherspoon asked her “Morning Show” co-stars to guess her true middle names, Jane, Jeanne, and Joan.
Aniston speculated Jane before revealing that Witherspoon was “Jeanne,” adding, “It’s confusing. I’m Laura Jeanne.”
The star of the stunned “friend” 56, incredibly “Laura Jeanne?” As Witherspoon replied, “That’s my real name.”
His eyes are still big, so Aniston doubled his shock. “Who is Laura? Who is Laura from Hell?” she shrill marveled. “Wait, Laura Jeanne? I haven’t called you now. ‘Come on, Laura Jeanne.”
Aniston asked, “Where did Reese come from?” Witherspoon confirmed that Reese is actually her middle name.
“Ah, like Norma Jean?” Aniston excluded. “Yeah, I’m Laura Jeanne Reese,” replied the “Big Little Rice” star.
The three moms also revealed that her given name is Laura Jeanne Reese, but even before her acting career began, she was always leaving at Reese.
Before and after the original, Witherspoon asked Aniston’s middle name. She replied, “Joanna.”
“Jennifer Joanna,” Witherspoon said. “JJ is someone calling you JJ? Well I’m doing it now.”
The iconic actress met in 2000 when 49-year-old Witherspoon starred in “Friends” as Jill Green’s sister, Rachel Green.
In a joint interview in December 2023, the pair spurted out the long-standing bonds they’ve shared since working together on the hit NBC sitcom.
“We’ve been in each other’s lives for 20 years,” Aniston told Variety at the time. “The only thing we work with is our DNA. We are partners. We are friends. We are girlfriends. We share life and love and all sorts of heartbreak.”
“There’s comfort in it. It’s just mutual respect and years of experience. And we both believe we’re still kicking!”
