Jennifer Aniston is celebrating boyfriend Jim Curtis’ birthday!
On Sunday, November 2, the Friends star, 56, took to Instagram to celebrate his partner’s birthday, including a rare photo of the pair sharing a sweet hug.
“Happy birthday my love,” Aniston wrote alongside a black-and-white photo of the couple. Curtis can be seen grinning as Curtis wraps his arms around her from behind.
“Cherish ❤️,” she added in the caption.
Aniston and Curtis were first spotted getting cozy on a yacht in July, when their romance first surfaced.
Since then, the author and hypnotherapist supported Aniston on the Season 4 premiere of The Morning Show in September, and went out to dinner with Aniston for a double date with pal Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda Anka in August.
“[They]are casually dating and having fun,” a source told PEOPLE at the time.
“They started out as friends, introduced by friends. Jen had read his books and was familiar with his work,” the source said, referring to Curtis’ career as an author and life coach. “He’s completely different from anyone she’s ever dated.”
Curtis has worked in the health and wellness field for more than 20 years, according to his website. He specializes in helping people “step into their fullest selves” and posts informational videos on social media.
In August, a source told PEOPLE that Curtis helped Aniston “slow down” because she’s “used to going 100 miles per hour while balancing projects” during her career. Curtis “helped her turn inward and slow her down a little.”
The source added that Curtis is “deeply grateful and proud of everything he has built.”
“She’s very hard on herself…he’s supporting her in a way that feels new,” the source said.

Aniston debuted Curtis in the first week of September by posting a photo on her Instagram with the caption, “Thank you, Summer.”
Also in September, the couple was spotted heading out to dinner in New York City for a casual date night. In August, he was photographed leaving Nobu in Malibu, California, with Courteney Cox and her longtime partner Johnny McDade.
Aniston kept her relationship with Curtis pretty secret. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight in September, she remained tight-lipped about her dating life.
After being told by a reporter that Curtis seemed like a “really special person,” the actress said, “That makes me so happy.”
