Jennifer Aniston officially announces her relationship with Jim Curtis on Instagram, ex Justin Theroux also confirms!
The Friends alum, 56, celebrated the author and hypnotherapist’s 50th birthday on Sunday, November 2 by sharing a hard lunch photo to her Instagram account, publicly confirming that she and Curtis are a couple.
“Happy Birthday, my love,” she captioned one photo upload, adding, “Cherish ❤️.”

While Aniston’s comments had many cheering for the newly public couple, perhaps the most notable exchange was Theroux, 54, expressing support.
Aniston and the director were married from 2015 to 2018.
The former couple met in 2007 and later reconnected on the set of Wanderlust in 2011 before developing a romantic relationship. Despite their divorce, Aniston and Theroux remain close.
Other celebrities who responded to Aniston’s post include Amy Schumer and The Bachelor’s Kaitlyn Bristowe.
“You all look so cute,” Schumer wrote under a not-so-subtle black-and-white announcement photo that showed Curtis smiling as Aniston hugged her from behind.
“It’s okay, I believe in love,” Bristowe added.
Aniston and Curtis were first spotted getting cozy on a yacht in Spain while vacationing with friends in July. Aniston’s “Horrible Bosses” co-star Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda Anka were also in the group.
A source told PEOPLE at the time that Aniston and Curtis were “dating casually and having fun” and had “been seeing each other for several months.”
“They were introduced by friends and started dating as friends. Jen had read his books and was familiar with his work,” the source said. “He’s completely different from anyone she’s ever dated.”
Curtis was once again spotted standing close to Aniston when she cheered on her at the Season 4 premiere of The Morning Show in September.

On Monday, Nov. 3, a source close to Curtis and the Murder Mystery 2 star told PEOPLE that Curtis is “very happy and in a great situation” with her new man.
“She’s glowing. Everything in her life is going well and she’s excited about it. Jim is the best,” the source said. “Her friends love him. He’s calm, very warm and incredibly supportive. He’s brought a really steady, positive energy into her life.”

Sources also described Curtis as “a good friend,” “outgoing” and “friendly.”
“Everyone loves being with him,” a source told Curtis’ insider, adding that Aniston is “having fun” with Curtis. “Everything feels light, natural, and so good. That’s exactly where she wants to be right now.”
