Jelly Roll’s wife Bunny Zoe plans to “go to jail” after being pulled over and will post the whole story on a video blog.
The 45-year-old former escort appeared on her podcast Dumb Blonde on Friday to update listeners on her unintended “legal troubles.”
“You guys! I’m going to jail. Let’s talk about it, shall we?” she shared at the beginning of the episode, “I got a ticket in Alabama in 2020.”
Bunny, who lives in Nashville with her husband, a 40-year-old musician, said she had completely forgotten about the ticket when she was “pulled over” last month while driving “like a drug dealer.”
The officer asked for her driver’s license, ran it through the system, and discovered it was suspended.
“I was like, ‘What? When? How? How can this happen?'” Bunny replied, recalling her insisting that she was “a good citizen these days.”
The officer explained that because her license was suspended in Alabama for not paying a ticket, he released her with a warning but told her to “fix the problem.”
So Bunny went home and “paid the money,” thinking that meant getting his license “reinstated.”
But “the other day,” she was driving the same car and was pulled over again on the highway for “possibly speeding.” “Is my license still suspended? That can’t be the case,” he said, feeling “anxious.”
Bunny claimed she “felt terrible” when the officer told her she was going 138 miles per hour.
He asked her for her license, ran it into the system, and informed her it was “still suspended” as it was an “arrestable offense.”
However, officers said they would not arrest her as long as she agreed to “go to jail and book (herself)” within a week.
Bunney said she was confused why her license was still suspended because she later learned that “the ticket was paid on October 24,” adding that a lawyer is handling the case.
“Looks like your girlfriend’s going to have to book it herself, and if I do, you guys saw all my old mugshots, right? – I’m going to do some crazy shit, baby! And I’m going to vlog it,” she vowed.
A representative for Bunny did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Meanwhile, Jelly Roll made headlines this week after shaving his beard for the first time in 10 years, shocking fans and his family with his unrecognizable appearance.
