Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright have finally reconciled over custody of their son, Cruise, after nearly two years of separation.
The Vanderpump Rules stars reached an agreement on Monday, according to documents obtained by Page Six.
Instead of paying child support to each other, the Bravolebrids will be responsible for the costs of raising their 4-year-old child separately.
Taylor, 46, has custody of Cruz on Wednesday nights and every other weekend. Mr. Cartwright insists on remaining time.
The agreement set out an alternating holiday schedule for the two, with Cartwright, 37, receiving Christmas every year.
She previously told Page Six that this vacation was non-negotiable, explaining, “Cruise has cousins and a whole family and a lot of love[in Kentucky]. … I don’t want him to miss out on it. And I don’t want to miss out on it either.”
The former couple has agreed to jointly share legal custody of their young child, but Cartwright has equal authority over medical decisions.
Notably, the “Valley” stars agreed not to be under the influence of alcohol, marijuana or other illegal drugs while caring for Cruise.

TMZ first reported the news of the ex-lovers’ custody arrangement.
Taylor and Cartwright ended their four-year marriage in January 2024, but their divorce has not yet been finalized.
“Jax and I are living separately and have decided to move to separate homes to give us some space for our mental health,” Cartwright told listeners of the “When Reality Hit” podcast at the time.
She filed for divorce in August 2024.
Taylor filed court documents the following month granting legal and physical custody of Cruz to his ex, but his attorney later told Page Six that the former Sur bartender “made an error” that would be “corrected without delay.”
The spokesperson added: “Jax and Brittany have long since resolved all custody issues regarding Cruz and will continue to work informally to protect their son’s best interests, which remains their primary concern.”
Cartwright and Taylor’s love story began in 2015, with the latter calling things out three years later.
The couple married in Kentucky in June 2019 and welcomed Cruz in April 2021.
