Jamie King is headed for divorce again.
According to TMZ, Dr. King’s husband Austin Sosa filed for dissolution of their marriage on Thursday. Their engagement has been widely reported for several months, but it appears they got married in a secret ceremony that was not revealed publicly.
The filing follows reports that King, 46, was recently spotted on the streets of Los Angeles getting intimate with hotelier Vikram Chatwal.
Page Six confirmed in July 2025 that King and investment banker Sosa were engaged. Their wedding date is unknown at this time.
After the “White Chicks” star was seen wearing a diamond ring on her left hand, her rep said, “Jamie is entering a fun new chapter in her engagement to Austin Sosa. … She is especially thrilled to be able to share this moment with her children, who have such a loving bond with Austin and his family.”
The rep added: “Her sons remain her top priority and she kindly asks for their privacy to be respected as we move forward together with love and gratitude.”
Page Six reached out to a representative for Mr. King, but did not immediately receive a response.
King has two sons, James, 12, and Leo, 10, with ex-husband Kyle Newman, whom she married in November 2007. Leo is the godson of music superstar Taylor Swift.
The “Sin City” stars filed for divorce in May 2020, leading to controversial legal proceedings. After she accused the filmmaker of abuse, Dr. King denied her claims, claiming she was a “chronic drug addict and alcoholic” and accusing King of becoming “groggy” and “drunk” while the children were in her care.
The two reconciled in September 2023. A month later, the actress lost physical custody of the boys after failing to complete a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. However, she was given supervised visitation rights.
