Sci-fi body horror series The Beauty is Ryan Murphy’s latest project with an all-star cast.
The show, which premiered on FX and Hulu on January 21, explores society’s obsession with appearance and the cost of trying to achieve perfection. Murphy told Variety in October 2024 that the series, which centers around a mysterious sexually transmitted disease that causes extreme beauty but horrifying consequences for those affected, is a direct commentary on “Ozempic culture.”
Ashton Kutcher stars as “The Corporation,” a high-tech billionaire who develops a miracle drug called “The Beauty,” which is essentially a fountain of youth. The drug is actually a sexually transmitted virus that provides the user with the perfect body, but the changes come with horrific side effects.
In a January 2026 interview with Vanity Fair, the actor spoke about the theme of the show. “In fact, my wife said to me, ‘You see people walking around with braces and Invisalign, and that’s perfectly fine. But the moment someone gets a rhinoplasty, the way you look at them changes,'” he said of actress Mila Kunis, who has been married for more than a decade and has two children.
Like Kutcher and Kunis, Rebecca Hall, who plays an FBI agent on the show, has been married to her husband Morgan Spector for more than a decade.
Here’s everything you need to know about the real-life loves of the cast of The Beauty.

Ashton Kutcher, who plays the villainous tech billionaire in The Beauty, has two children with his wife of more than 10 years, Mila Kunis.
The two first met in 1998 while co-starring on “That 70’s Show.” Kutcher was 19 at the time, while Kunis, who lied to producers about her age to get the role, was only 14.
Despite having romantic relationships on-screen, Kutcher said in a 2023 interview with the BBC that there were “zero relationships” off-screen. After the show ended in 2006, the two went their separate ways.
Things changed in early 2012 when they started dating casually after reuniting at a party. Things eventually got serious, and the two announced their engagement in February 2014.
In October of the same year, the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter, Wyatt. The two married in July 2015, and their son Dimitri was born the following year in November 2016.

Evan Peters, who plays Cooper Madsen, an FBI agent tasked with investigating the serial deaths of supermodels, is currently single.
Although the actor prefers to keep his romantic life out of the spotlight, he has opened up about his close working relationship with Murphy. Prior to signing with The Beauty, Peters worked with the prolific writer and director on multiple projects, including Pose, more than 100 episodes of American Horror Story, and the Golden Globe-winning Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.
“Ryan continues to be an incredibly generous force in my life, letting me do things differently than I did last time, and that’s all I could ever ask for,” Peters told Vanity Fair. “I just want to work with him more in the future, so let’s see what that brings.”

In The Beauty, Rebecca Hall plays Jordan Bennett, FBI partner and lover of Peters’ Cooper Madsen. But in real life, the actress has been married to actor Morgan Spector since 2015.
The two met in 2013 while co-starring in the Broadway play “Machinar” and tied the knot in September 2015. The wedding was a surprise for fans, but the biggest shock for Hall was how his feelings about marriage changed after meeting Spector.
“I was against it politically, I was fundamentally against it, and I don’t think I believed in the possibility of monogamy either,” the actress told the Guardian in November 2024, adding that choosing to take that chance was “probably the biggest thing I’ve achieved.”
Until she met Spector, Hall had no interest in becoming a mother outside of marriage. That all changed, and in 2018, the couple welcomed daughter Ayda.
“The person I married was someone who made up for whatever flaws I had and allowed me to be who I am, but who was also committed to making sure I was there for my kids and keeping everything together,” she told the Guardian. “I got lucky.”

Anthony Ramos plays an assassin who works for Kutcher’s The Corporation.
Ramos was previously engaged to his Hamilton co-star Jasmine Cephas Jones, but they split in 2021. Since then, Ramos has kept his love life private.
Ramos was one of two actors Murphy had in mind (including Jeremy Pope) when he started pitching the idea for the show, giving the two longtime friends a long-awaited opportunity to work together.
“Finally, we got to play partners in crime,” Ramos told Vanity Fair. “It was really, really fun.”

Jeremy Pope plays his namesake, Jeremy, who is portrayed as an outsider caught up in the chaos of the plague.
Although the actor has not publicly shared information about his love life, he has been open about the importance of playing roles that represent his identity.
“As a kid, I never saw a Black queer movie star,” he told PEOPLE in November 2022. “Is my queerness something I have to hide if that’s what I was meant to be? It was definitely difficult to let go of a lot of the fear that had been placed on me.”

Bella Hadid, who guest stars as international supermodel Ruby on The Beauty, has been dating her boyfriend Adan Banuelos since 2023.
The real-life supermodel first met Banuelos, a professional equestrian and horse trainer, at a horse show in the spring of 2023 after moving to Texas. “When I saw him come in, it was like a breath of fresh air,” she told British Vogue in May 2025. “I’ve always wanted a cowboy,” she joked, adding, “And he’s so gorgeous, let me tell you something.”
A few months after they met, the two started dating. In October 2025, Banuelos shared a sweet Instagram post to celebrate their second anniversary.
“October has become a special month. The month God sent you,” he wrote alongside a photo of a merry-go-round. “Despite all the chaos and ugliness, God has given us something pure and beautiful. I love you, baby. I keep reminding you how much more every day.”
