Emily Kaiser has a new bob for fall.
Emily, 26, showed off her new haircut on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, October 21st. In the mirror selfie, Emily wore a cozy gray sweatshirt, black biker shorts and a blue patterned tote bag.
“I’ve been itching to get a little more cut. Love you @marissasuebeauty,” she wrote on her Instagram Story.
This hair update comes shortly after she opened up about her ongoing grief journey. “Starting the morning with some sunshine has really helped my mood and spirit lately,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories, alongside a photo of an iced coffee. “I sit out front every morning and just people watch while I drink my coffee. I love it.”
Emily’s 3-year-old son, Tryg, died after drowning in Emily and her husband Brady Kaiser’s backyard pool on May 12th.

Earlier this month, the influencer shared another step in her late son’s memorial journey.
“I recently started scrapbooking with a friend and it’s been fun but also really hard,” she wrote in another Instagram Story post earlier this month. “When I print out photos of the boys and see what our family looked like just five months ago, it breaks my heart.”
Emily and Brady, who live in Arizona, are also raising 6-month-old Teddy together.
“When Trig passed away, I promised myself I wouldn’t avoid him. I wouldn’t avoid pictures, videos, rooms, etc. I knew that would only make things worse in the long run, and I didn’t want to avoid seeing him or thinking about him. I hope this hobby of scrapbooking his life and all the wonderful memories I cherish will bring me closer to him,” the influencer continued.
Emily returned to social media on September 20th and continues to open up to her followers about her grief journey.

“Hello, everyone. I don’t even know what to say. To be honest, it’s obviously been a minute since I’ve been here,” she began in a clip marking her return online.
Her video featured her usual format of showing herself making an iced coffee before stopping to speak to the camera. She also wore a “Trigg” necklace in honor of her late son.
