Heidi Klum isn’t hiding anything about her 2026 Grammys dress.
There was plenty to see on the red carpet before music’s biggest night kicked off inside Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, February 1st, where Klum, 52, sported a bold look that was truly nude to the core.
The Project Runway host arrived wearing a custom Marina Holmanseder ensemble that was designed to look like a naked figure and, as she revealed, was actually molded to Klum’s own body.

A joint post shared to Klum and Holmanseder’s Instagram accounts on February 2 shows how the dress was made, with photos and videos, and includes some shocking behind-the-scenes details.
Before being lacquered or painted, the leather ensemble actually resembled a human.
Speaking to Billboard on the carpet, Klum said she wanted to embody a bit of a shock factor. “I also like to wear eye-catching clothes. I’ve never been a person who likes nice things. I always like something special,” she said.

And this dress was something special, with its structured silhouette that forced Klum to take baby steps on step-and-repeat.
This year’s Grammy Awards were full of nude outfits and pared-down moments.
Chapel Lorne was one of the most talked-about stars of the night, arriving in a sheer Mugler dress with dangling faux nipple rings (she layered the NSFW design with a sheer cape for the interview). Teyana Taylor, who flashed her abs at Paris Fashion Week last month, continued her bold move in a Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann number with a cinched-waist cutout, while Zara Larsson rocked a cropped outfit in a gold two-piece.
The men also joined in, with Best Newcomer nominee SOMBR rocking a sheer top that opened down the middle to expose his chest, while Justin Bieber stripped off everything but his boxers for his anticipated return to the Grammys stage.
On the other hand, some guests, like Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, and Doechii (who cleaned the carpet in a 13-foot-tall train), decided that more fabric was better, appearing in dramatic outfits ranging from gothic to romantic to rock ‘n’ roll.
