It may be Golden Globe Awards weekend, but all eyes are on the cast of “Heated Rivalry.”
The steamy hockey romance show was the talk of the town Thursday night at The Hollywood Reporter x Spotify’s pre-Golden Globe gala.
Even before stars François Arnault and Robbie Graham-Kuntz entered the celebrity-filled party, whispers that they would be appearing on the red carpet filled the air with anticipation.
Guests could be heard throughout the party talking about the hit “Crave” series and asking each other, “Have you eaten yet?” a spy told Page Six.
Arnaud and Graham Kuntz were bombarded with enthusiastic fans throughout the night, who happily sent in photos.
According to our spies, Graham-Kuntz, who brought his sister as a plus-one to the party, was overheard telling one of the guests that he was so happy and grateful that everyone liked the show.
Arnaud, 40, and Graham Kuntz, 29, play lovers Scott and Kip, respectively, in Rivals. Co-star Nadine Bava, who plays Kip’s best friend Elena, was also in attendance, and the two were seen taking selfies together.
In one of the selfies, Graham-Kuntz gave Arnaud a sweet kiss on the cheek, which went viral on social media on Friday morning.
Arnault was seen interacting with fellow Canadian actress Nina Dobrev and Running Point star Drew Tarver.
The event kicked off the Golden Globes weekend with performances from Chaka Khan and John Legend.
Miles Caton, who just won Best Young Actor at the Critics’ Choice Awards, performed “I Lied to You” from his nominated film “Sinners.”
Mark Ronson closed out the event with a DJ set.
Guests, including Amy Poehler, Odessa Azion, Quinta Branson, Natasha Lyonne, Evan Ross, and Janelle James, dined at famous Los Angeles spots Pink’s Hot Dogs, Trejo’s Tacos, and Rokusho Sushi.
The extravagant event was also attended by Bill Maher, Jameela Jamil, Kumail Nanjiani, Storm Reid, Rita Wilson, and Ariana Madix.
There will be more “heated rivalry” at the Golden Globes, which airs Sunday on CBS, when the show’s lead actors Conor Storey and Hudson Williams are set to present an award.
The pair have been in the media for a long time, with Williams recently revealing that she had been receiving messages from undisclosed professional athletes since her TV show hit.
HBO Max and Crave announced last month that the show had been renewed for a second season.
