Hailey Bieber’s sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, has been charged with assault and could face up to a year in prison.
Aronow, 33, was arrested in February 2024 after an incident at Club Elan in Georgia. She allegedly threw a tampon at a bartender and attacked two bouncers before being escorted from the club, according to a police report obtained by Page Six.
Georgia prosecutors on Monday filed criminal charges against the model on four misdemeanor counts: simple assault, simple assault, assault and trespassing, according to documents obtained by Us Weekly.
Prosecutors alleged that Stephen Baldwin and Kenya Baldwin’s eldest daughter threw a tampon at the woman, pulled some hair from the scalp of another victim and struck another victim in the genitals, the newspaper reported.
If convicted, Aronow could face up to a year in prison on the battery charge.
Her arraignment is scheduled for April 23.
A representative for Aronow did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
As Page Six previously reported, surveillance camera footage showed Aronow “forcibly entering” a locked employee bathroom on Feb. 24, 2024, according to a police report. Bartender Haley Coley told authorities that Aronow told her she needed to change her tampon and asked for a few minutes, which she was granted.
“A few minutes later, when Mr. Corey re-entered the bathroom, the woman removed the tampon and threw it at him,” the report states. “At this point, security intervened and removed the woman from the club.”
The police report said the footage showed Cory “jumping back” from the bathroom, before Aronow was escorted from Club Elan by bouncers, resisting and resisting “the entire time outside.”
“The video clearly shows (Aronow) grabbing (the bouncer) by the hair, pulling him, and punching (the second bouncer) in the genitals,” the report continued.
Aronow initially denied that he had forced himself into the bathroom and claimed that he had been “forcibly removed from the club.”
“She initially denied throwing the used tampon at Mr. Corey, but later stated that she had indeed thrown it,” the report said.
Regarding the alleged attack on the bouncer, Aronow told authorities at the time that he was “protecting himself.”
