Hannah Einbinder has been blown up by critics for her controversial speech about US immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) and Palestine at Emmy in 2025.
When the stunned “hacking” star in a one-shoulder Louis Vuitton sequin gown won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in Sunday’s Comedy Series, she concluded her speech with a shout out at the Philadelphia Eagles and political statements.
“Birds, f-k ice, free Palestine,” she cried out at the live ceremony.
The end of her speech was censored on live broadcasts, but the live version soon appeared on social media. Naturally, fans responded in a variety of ways to Einbinder’s comments.
“The Jewish actress, who uses her 15-minute fame to show support for Gaza’s 48 hostage terrorists, has no moral compass, and can be denounced as well as a naive Hollywood audience who praised her immoral statement.
“There are no clues that are just ways to end what Hannah has left in your career,” added another.
“She is an unprecedented actress and has landed in the HBO series “Hack.” I’m going to do a commercial at age 10,” the third netizen claimed.
“Hanna is a very brave young woman. Most of Hollywood has her mouth shut about the ongoing genocide,” one supporter wrote.
“A powerful word from Hannah Einbinder, celebrating truth and justice while standing in Palestine,” another added.
The third fan claimed that 30-year-old Einbinder used his voice for “justice and freedom.”
After Emmy, Ainbinder rocks the four that rocks the red artist and shows support for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, but spoke to reporters about why he felt the need to give his opinion on political issues at the star-received awards show.
“The reason I thought it was important to talk about Palestine is because it’s such a big deal to my heart,” she said.
“I have a friend in Gaza who currently works as a doctor north of Gaza to provide care to pregnant women and school children and establish schools in refugee camps. That’s a problem that’s close to my heart,” the stand-up comedian added.
“For many reasons, I feel it is my duty as a Jew to distinguish Jews from the state of Israel. Boycotting is an effective tool to put pressure on the power to meet in the moment. Therefore, the film workers of Palestinian boycotts do not boycott individuals.
