Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach are spending their evenings on a date for the Venice International Film Festival.
The couple’s filmmakers headed out in Lido di Venice on Thursday, August 28th to celebrate the premiere of the George Clooney-led film Jay Kelly.
Gerwig, 42, returned to Venice in a black dress with a pale black overlay spotted with glittering flowers. She finished her appearance with cleaned hair and a chain-like silver necklace. Her husband kept it classic in a black tuxedo with a bow.

Jay Kelly is the first time a 64-year-old Clooney has collaborated with Baumbach. The actor, who walked the carpet with his wife Amal, plays the nominal character, a film star famous on his journey across Europe, after skipping previous festival events for health.
The film is co-written with actress Emily Mortimer.
Gerwig and Baumbach, who have been together since 2011, tied the knot in 2023 and shared their two sons. They finally appeared together in 2022 for the White Noise premiere. White Noise was written and directed by Baumbach and starred by Gerwig. The pair have collaborated together on multiple films since Frances HA in 2012, including Margot Robbie’s 2023 hit Barbie.
Sandler, Dern, Keough, Crudup, Rohrwacher, Hewson and Mortimer were among the other participants in Jay Kelly Premiere. Bambach also posed for the photo with his son Romer. He shares with his ex-wife, Jennifer Jason Lee.
