Gigi Paris has moved on.
A year and a half after her drama-filled breakup with Glen Powell, the model made her red carpet debut with her new boyfriend.
Paris, 33, attended the 2025 Angel Ball on Monday in New York City with former NFL player Cooper Helfet, 36, where the two posed for a photo together.
For the outing, the brunette beauty looked elegant in a champagne-colored silk dress and accessorized with a diamond and emerald necklace, matching stud earrings, and a black clutch.
As for the former Seattle Seahawks tight end, he paired his classic black suit with a white collared shirt and a tie that matched his girlfriend’s dress.
Paris and Powell, 37, broke up in April 2024 after dating for more than three years. By then, the actor and his Anyone But You co-star Sidney Sweeney had already sparked romance rumors after appearing romantic on the set of the romantic comedy. A frivolous press tour ensued.
A “devastated” Ms Paris recalled the breakup during an episode of the Too Much Podcast in June, claiming Ms Powell told her about her amorous relationship with Sweeney: “This is what I have to do for my job.”
Paris felt she had “two choices.”
But she could also “act like she’s on board” with the speculation and “make everyone wonder” if she’s “okay” with Powell and Sweeney, 28, being “dating.”
The other option was to “stand up” for herself and “say, ‘No, I actually don’t agree with this, so I’m leaving,'” and that’s what she “decided to do.”
“I just wanted to be respectful, especially if it’s going to be public,” she explained. “Don’t make fun of me. Don’t make fun of someone you’ve been with for over three years and are talking about forever. Just have some civility, okay?”
Parris also accused Powell of not ending the entire conversation by simply saying, “No, I would never cheat on my girlfriend.”
But “that was never said to me.” She believes that’s because the gossip “helped promote” the film.
“The worst part was the way they were treated. It felt like being fed to the dogs,” Paris lamented.
Sweeney’s relationship took a hit as well, with her and ex-fiancé Jonathan Davino breaking up after “Anyone But You.”
A few days later, the actress attended Powell’s sister’s wedding, further fueling rumors of their real-life romance.
Meanwhile, Powell spoke to GQ about her separation from Paris just last month, saying, “I will always have nothing but love and respect for her. Everybody’s always going to have their own story about things and everything else, and she welcomes that.”
“Relationships are really hard,” the actor admitted, adding, “When two people break up, they each go to their own brunch and each person tells their own story.”
She went on to credit Tom Cruise, her Top Gun co-star, for giving her advice on how to deal with romance speculation.
“He basically said, ‘Hey, it’s going to get really, really loud. It’s your job to just turn the volume down. Remember, you’re holding that switch. It’s up to you to turn it up or down,'” Powell recalled.
He said that “turning down the noise and trusting[my]intuition” was a “real godsend” for him.
