George Clooney had some experience before landing the exciting role in ER.
The Jay Kelly star, 64, opened up about her first kiss in a new interview with W Magazine, including how young she was and where she had her first kiss.

In addition to playing the quiet doctor Doug Ross from 1994 to 1999, he has also appeared in several romantic films throughout his career, including 1996’s One Fine Day with Michelle Pfeiffer, 2003’s Intolerable Cruelty with Catherine Zeta-Jones, and most recently 2022’s Ticket to Paradise with Julia Roberts.

“I remember early in my career I had to do a kissing scene with this girl and the director said, ‘No way.’ And I thought, ‘Hey, that’s what I do!’ That’s what I do in real life! ” Clooney said at the time.
In the same interview, he also revealed that it took several takes to film the kissing scene between him and Roberts. “Yeah, I said to my wife[Amal Clooney]’It took 80 takes,'” he said. “She was like, ‘What the hell?'”
