Former Paramount Global attorney Todd L. Calvin has joined the Kelly firm. Mr. Calvin will be based in the company’s new offices in Beverly Hills.
Calvin most recently served as Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for Paramount Global, where he was responsible for negotiating and drafting cross-line agreements for the development and production of original live-action scripted content distributed on Paramount’s streaming and linear platforms, including Nickelodeon, TV Land, Paramount+, and third-party platforms such as Netflix and Hulu. His extensive experience includes music-related transactions such as recording contracts, composer contracts, synchronization licenses, publishing, touring, and concert contracts, as well as production law.

At the beginning of Calvin’s career, his passion for music led him to the San Francisco Opera, where he oversaw the rehearsal department. He currently serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Los Angeles Opera League Board of Directors.
Calvin is a graduate of the University of California, San Francisco School of Law (formerly the University of California, Hastings) and the University of California, Davis (B.A. in Political Science). He is admitted to the California Bar.
Calvin will continue to serve as attorney for Kia Kamran PC.
