Larsa Pippen’s Miami-area home blends contemporary design with charming interiors to create a warm, festive retreat for the family to gather for the holidays.
The “Real Housewives of Miami” star took Page Six on an exclusive tour of her Pinecrest, Fla., home after decorating her art-filled halls with elegant Christmas decorations.
“Christmas is really important to me. It’s a time when the whole family can be together under one roof,” she said, referring to the stylish pad she bought about a year ago.
Larsa, who has sons Scottie Jr., 25, Preston, 23, and Justin, 20, and daughter Sophia, 16, with ex-husband Scottie Pippen, turned to local stores to carefully curate her Christmas aesthetic.
“Christmas Palace helped us design this gorgeous tree,” she said, pointing to a towering fir tree decorated with white and silver ornaments. “We literally sat for hours and picked out all the decorations.”
A Christmas tree is the centerpiece of her open-concept living-dining room.
“I love having my morning coffee here. I love being able to look out into the backyard. It’s so simple,” she says of the dining alcove, adding that she’s a big fan of the limestone dining table.
“This table probably weighs 1,000 pounds. It took six people to move it home,” she said.
Cage-like pendant drop lights hanging above add an element of complexity to the simple space.
“I love these light fixtures, but I’ve heard people say they look like upside-down nipples,” she laughed. “I can’t miss it anymore.”
Sensual lighting seems to be the theme, considering the leather-belted chandelier hanging above the couch in her cozy living room resembles something out of Rihanna’s “S&M” music video.
“I love the colors. I love the ropes. It gives me a kind of sexy vibe. It’s sexy and intriguing,” she said.
Two life-sized Nutcrackers stand guard over her marble television wall. She also has another Christmas tree by the fireplace. This was added for young families.
“My niece and nephew love polar bears, so they really decorated this tree,” she said of the stuffed animal ornaments. “And I feel like it’s kind of cute and friendly… I wanted a tree that kids would really enjoy.”
However, the sophisticated bar area is designed for adults.
“Usually my friends come over before going out to dinner, and I always make them drinks at the bar,” she said, pouring a Dior rocks glass of Oljo Añejo tequila.
Beneath the all-glass contemporary staircase, two zigzag bonsai trees installed by The Plant Guys create a zen environment for photos with family and friends.
“I’m very proud of my bonsai. It’s so beautiful. It makes me so happy. And I just love it,” she exclaimed. “I feel like it’s a photo moment here. Me and my friends take great photos here.”
There are other greenery that enlivens her entryway, including a towering olive tree reminiscent of Greece and an elephant-shaped bush.
“This is Ellie, the elephant in our family,” she joked. “It is said that if you put an elephant near your front door, it will bring you good luck. Ever since the elephant moved in with us, we have been very lucky.”
The TV personality painstakingly filled the walls of her home with purposeful artwork, including a portrait of Kate Moss by French street artist Brainwash, a contemporary painting by Spanish artist Domingo Zapata, and a depiction of Larsa herself created using thousands of Swarovski crystals by Colombian artist Bring.
“I’m not the type of person who likes to have a lot of photos of myself in my home. I feel like a home should be more about a family, not necessarily just one person,” she said, noting that she has a gallery wall upstairs filled with special family photos.
Larsa’s kitchen features marble countertops and state-of-the-art appliances, providing a sun-drenched atmosphere for cooking with the kids.
“I feel like I like to cook with Sophia, but my son Preston is more of a baker,” she said. “He makes the best homemade cookies from scratch.”
Her family has a stylish family room just off the kitchen where they usually watch NBA games. (Her children’s father is a retired Chicago Bulls player, and her oldest son currently plays for the Memphis Grizzlies).
Larsa sometimes likes to cook in the kitchen or stand on the vibrator and watch basketball.
“Who says you can’t do it all? Cook, watch the NBA, burn 100 calories,” she shrugs.
Larsa, 51, also likes to work up a sweat in a private fitness center that overlooks a large backyard with a pool and fireplace.
“I love working out and just looking out at my backyard motivates me,” she said. “What’s the point of wearing a string bikini outside if you don’t exercise?”
At this time of year, her grounds sparkle with fairy lights, Christmas displays, and nativity scenes. But year-round, a large teddy bear statue in a silver geometric pattern stands overlooking her grounds.
“I’m obsessed with this bear,” she said, adding that the sculpture was designed and had it made in Asia.
Some of her most prized possessions are in her luxurious walk-in closet.
“This has to be my favorite room in the house,” she said of the wardrobe designed by Oliver. “I love how everything is organized and I can literally see all the jewelry I have. I love drawers. I love outfits that show everything.”
Some of her favorite looks range from the sheer Missoni skirt set she wore to the brand’s Art Week 2025 party with Haute Living to the Balmain dress she wore on “RHOM” to the shimmering gown she wore to Bravocon 2023. ”
Her shoe collection is categorized by color and features stunning designs from Tom Ford, Saint Laurent, Aquazzura, Gucci, and more.
“My latest purchase is these Chanel ones,” she said of the French fashion house’s black platform heels. “It’s very comfortable. Please go and buy it.”
Larsa’s accessories are also neatly organized, with sunglasses and jewelry neatly arranged in drawers and her handbag collection proudly displayed on multiple walls.
“I love color and I feel like I’m always trying to find fun colors for Miami,” she said, pointing to a shelf filled with Hermès mini Kelly bags in various shades.
For Larsa, her most prized handbag is the plum-colored Mini Kelly, but her beige Chanel quilted Coco Click bag is a close second. Larsa stands next to the flashiest bag, showing off her sparkling tiara.
“Of course I have a tiara. Every princess needs a tiara,” she said, adding, “I might be a queen at this point.”
A flourish worthy of the queen of Miami.
