Fred Warner and his wife Sydney Hightower are officially parents!
San Francisco 49ers linebacker and former Bachelor’s contestant announced they are expecting their first child in October 2023. The boy was born in March 2024, a month after the 49ers lost to Kansas City chief in the Super Bowl.
After their engagement in May 2021, Fred and Sydney tied the knot on June 25, 2022 at an intimate ceremony in Vista, California. Now they are parents of their son Beau Anthony.
“I was really blessed with an incredible pregnancy, and I have a completely different view from the beginning,” Sydney told people in February 2024, a month before the baby arrived. “My first and second parts were breezes. I was literally the bliss of pregnancy. This final pregnancy is a little difficult, but I’m over it. I’m amazed at my experience.”
As Fred and Sydney announced in a joint Instagram post on September 21 that they are expecting a second child together, Beau quickly stepped into the Big Brother role.
After attending the Super Bowl four weeks before her due date, planning on teaching a baby Spanish, there’s everything you need to know about Fred Warner and Sydney Hightower’s son along the way.

The San Francisco 49ers linebacker and bachelor’s graduate welcomed their first child, Bo Anthony, via C-section in San Jose, California on March 7th.
“Sydney’s surgery went well. He’s a healthy boy!” the couple told people. “We can’t wait to cross the moon to get home from the hospital and start a new life.”

After the couple learned that they were expecting, Sidney planned a nursery for her boy. She documented the Instagram Stories process and showed how to get from a regular room to a nursery in no time.
In December 2023, she shared that her goal for the month was to paint the room and add siding and lighting fixtures. She also wanted to buy a rug, a dresser and a crib.
“In February, we’ll focus on getting styling and detailed pieces, everything (sic)!” she wrote in her story.
In an interview with Sydney, Sydney detailed that he plans to go into full nursery planning and mama pepping mode after the big game.
“My home now is like a construction site. There are boxes and furniture everywhere. It’s a real disaster,” she said.
She continued, “Things are really crazy. There are diapers, shoes and things everywhere. The nursery is not nearing the end. Things are getting mixed up around here, but there are six weeks left. This week I’m focusing on everything I have to do for the Super Bowl.
She was four weeks away from the deadline during the Super Bowl

As of the Super Bowl on February 11th, Sydney was four weeks away from her due date, but that didn’t stop her from being there. Before the game, she told people that she had received a complete clearance from the doctor on the one-hour flight that seemed to make the 49ers reach the playoffs.
“I’m not going to tell the existence anything, but let’s say we’re there,” she shared. “I’m very superstitious. I asked, ‘Would you please clear me like I flew?” And she said yes. ”
“All is going well so far, so as long as nothing changes in a week, we’re all good,” she added.
During the game, Sydney said she had to “take it easily” as her husband robbed the field.
“I was told to be really, really hydrated and not walk too much on the day,” she said. “So you just need to get a Vitamin C pack and don’t jump too much.”
Overall, she saw Fred as being considered a “fairy tale” in her big moments, she told people.
“It’s like a movie. You can’t write anything like this,” she said. “And we can have these memories forever and show our son a photo like a mother pregnant with him and his father.

Sydney and Fred are already looking forward to raising their son to embrace all cultures in his background.
In her Instagram story, Sydney joked that “women” were “dying” their son because “women” are a mix of “whites, African Americans, Dominicans, Mexicans, Panamas.”
When asked if she would teach Baby Spain, she said, “That’s true!”
“It’s very important for Fred and me that he is bilingual,” she wrote.
