Another player from Micro Drama Arena has arrived. ElefantecGlobal has set up a partnership with My Drama Platform, which creates Spanish content in a booming vertical video space.

The agreement links Elephantec, a media company with offices in Los Angeles and Mexico City. My Drama is a streaming content platform run by high-tech company Holiwater.

“This partnership brings together both the best worlds in a perfect synergy,” said Bogdan Nesbitt, co-founder of Holywater. “Elefantec is a true leader in creating premium content for Spanish-speaking viewers. It combines it with my vertical playbook of dramas, a powerful distribution engine and a deeply engaged user base to build a pipeline for breakout hits.

This collaboration will expand my drama and Elephantec content in the world of microdramas. This is also known as vertical video, as the series is designed to display vertically on smartphones. My drama will continue to partner with studios and talent to create new series in partnership with Holy Water, an entertainment ecosystem that spans vertical video, audiobooks and ebooks.

“We spent a career creating blockbuster telenovelas for Spanish-speaking audiences. Now we reinvent the screen formats people have several times a day to meet the needs of information and entertainment.” “Mobile isn’t the future, not the present. We meet audiences with stories and studio-quality productions that they like.”

Holywater will continue to manage four apps, including drama along with the platforms of vertical series created with Freebits, companion vertical streaming app, My Passion, e-book platform, My Muse and Generic AI.

Since its release in 2024, my drama has become number one American and European vertical streaming app, topped with download charts on both iOS and Android. The app has over 7 million users, and various series have generated over 20 million viewings online.
