Michelle Dockery is looking forward to her first child along with her husband Jasper Waller Bridge.
The 43-year-old actress announced at the “Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale” premiere on Wednesday evening, showing off the sky blue growth from shoulder gowns.
Dockery arrived at a red carpet event in Leicester Square, London, and was wearing a black suit in a dark blue shirt and tie alongside Waller Bridge, the brother of “Fleabag” creator Phoebe Waller Bridge.
Adorned with gem-covered earrings and metallic pump heels, the dockery was seen stepping onto the carpet to help pose by gathering elegant folds of the dress.
The actress’s rep did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Page 6.
The British actress is best known for playing her beloved character Mary Crawley in a gorgeous drama series that began airing on ITV in 2010.
Jasper, 37, and Dockery announced their engagement in 2022.
“The engagement has been announced between Jasper, son of Michael Wallerbridge, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, and Theresa Wallerbridge, London, Battersea, and Michelle Dockery, the young daughter of Michael and Lorraine Dockery, of Gidea Park, Essex.”
The couple got married in September 2023 at an intimate ceremony in London.
Dockery was a favorite from the start of the drama during his time as a Julian Fellow, but previously worked with John Dineen.
In a 2023 interview, the Ultra Private actress said she thought she was a “widow” after his untimely death.
“We were engaged and we were married wholeheartedly, so I consider myself a widow,” she told The Guardian in a rare interview in 2017, adding that she was “related” to the character Alice (if the widow) from “Godless.”
“That’s the first time I’ve said it, and it’s a bit of a relief to say that,” she leaked. “But of course. She was a young widow and I connected with her.”
