Dorothy Wang got married!
The Rich Kids of Beverly Hills and Bling Empire star, 37, announced her marriage to lawyer Brandon Jankowitz in an article with Elle.
The two announced their “I do” on October 11th at the Colegio alla Querce in Florence, Italy. The couple’s wedding week began with a rehearsal dinner on October 9th at the Italian Auberge facility. “The rehearsal dinner was family style,” Wang tells ELLE of the dinner she made with executive chef Nicola Zamperetti. “Growing up as a Chinese person, sharing meals together is the most important thing to me.”
The next day, the couple booked activities for their friends and family to enjoy in Italy before their special day. These included a pasta making class and a VIP Gucci Palace tour.
On the same day, Jankowitz wanted to hold a traditional Chinese tea ceremony to kick off the wedding. However, Wang wanted to wait until their second official wedding in Asia. Mr. Wang explained that it is a tradition to welcome families. “Basically, you pour tea on both sides. When your parents receive the tea, it means they are blessing you and welcoming you.”

At various wedding celebrations, Ms. Wang wore custom designs. She wore a Prabal Gurung Atelier number for rehearsals and a Lawrence Hsu haute couture sequin cheongsam for the tea party.
While walking down the aisle, the reality star wore a custom Oscar de la Renta designed by Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia. “We spent a lot of time collaborating. This was 100 percent custom and we really created the dress from scratch,” Ms. Wang said of the ceremony dress, which was inspired by Victorian romance.
Her reception and after-party looks also included more custom looks. She wore Giambattista Valli haute couture for the reception and changed into a custom AKNVAS minidress designed by Christian Jules Nielsen for the afterparty.

She also mentioned that she flew L.A. DJs Devin Lucian and Saweetie to Italy to perform at the afterparty and reception, respectively. “Everyone had a lot of fun,” Wang said.
The decision to host an afterparty rather than a Sunday brunch was Wang’s decision “from the beginning.” Back at the Auberge, guests danced the night away while eating snacks and desserts like burgers, fries, chicken wings, affogato, tiramisu, and “matcha gateau.”

The two announced their engagement in October 2024 with a joint post on Instagram with the simple caption, “🤍We’re engaged🤍.”
Her post included a sweet photo of the pair kissing, arm in arm, standing in a room decorated with candles and elaborate flower arrangements.

Earlier in the month, Wang seemed to hint at an engagement on her Instagram Story. “Sometimes the universe takes you on a journey you didn’t know you needed. It brings you everything you ever wanted. Trust the plan.”
Jankowitz is a former model and a partner at the Jankowitz Law Firm. He also co-founded YaSu Media, a production company that “develops and produces film content in long-form and short-form formats for traditional and new media distribution.” His works include the 2008 short films “Blue Ballad” and “American Centurion” and the 2011 film “Trophy Kids.”
The engagement post marked Jankowitz’s first appearance on Wang’s Instagram. But since then, the reality star has continued to flaunt her beauty.

In October 2024, she posted a photo album of their engagement on Instagram, captioning it, “✨24.10.17✨💫I can’t wait to be your wife🤍.”
The first photo showed her and Jankowitz in a romantic embrace, looking up at him with new glitter on her fingers. A second snap revealed her shocked reaction when she entered the elegant room for her engagement. Someone was seen standing behind Ms Wang and filming her with a mobile phone while she covered her mouth with her hand. Tall white candles were lit around her, giving the room a warm glow.
The carousel featured several other behind-the-scenes moments, including a photo of Jankowitz sitting on her lap, a close-up of her diamond ring and a photo of the happy couple on a video call.

Wang called her engagement “the biggest surprise of my life” in the caption of another celebratory snap on Instagram.
According to an anniversary post Wang shared in 2024, the two met in October 2022. “Brandon and I met exactly two years ago today and it’s been the happiest time of our lives ever since,” Wang wrote in an Oct. 29 post, sharing several photos from their relationship.

In October 2022, Wang spoke to PEOPLE in an exclusive interview about her big move from Los Angeles to New York to star in Bling Empire: New York.
“Honestly, I’ve always loved New York,” she said at the time. “I wanted to change. I wanted to meet new people, explore new restaurants. I needed a change. I felt like I was born and raised in Beverly Hills. I had built a life that was perfect for me, and then it became too perfect for me.”
