Bettina Anderson and Donald Trump Jr. wed on a private island in the Bahamas on Saturday.
“I think so,” the couple said in front of an intimate group of about 40 people, including his five children, famous siblings Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump, Tiffany Trump and their spouses.
Anderson’s family and several of the bride’s close friends were also in attendance.
“Don and Bettina are amazing together and I’m so proud to have seen so much of their journey as a couple. They really light up for each other and it’s great to watch their story unfold. I couldn’t be happier on their special day,” Eric Trump told Page Six.
We heard that Lewis Miller Design, which hosted a flower arranging class at Meghan’s baby shower and has planned several events for Carolina Herrera, was in charge of planning the wedding. The cake is from Sweet Stacy’s, a bakery in Palm Beach. High-end stationery store Bernard Meisner created the menu using calligraphy.
The couple originally considered having their wedding at the White House, but decided to scale back the ceremony due to the Iran war. But they plan to have a big celebration with friends and relatives later this year, possibly at the White House.
President Donald Trump said Friday that he will not attend the wedding.
“While I would have loved to be with my son, Don Jr., and his soon-to-be wife, Bettina, the newest member of the Trump family, government circumstances and my love for the United States of America will not allow me to do so,” the commander-in-chief wrote via Truth Social Friday a day after the two were legally married in Palm Beach, Florida.
“I feel it is important for me to remain in the White House in Washington, D.C., at this critical time.”
Page Six exclusively revealed in December that Trump Jr., 48, and Anderson, 39, whose mother is Palm Beach philanthropist Inger Angerson and whose father is the late banker Harry Roy Anderson Jr., were engaged. And after we published the article, footage of the president announcing the engagement at the White House later that night was released.
We also exclusively reported that the businessman popped the question while celebrating Anderson’s birthday at Camp David on December 13th.
She held an “Enchanted Garden” themed bridal shower at Mara-a-Lago in April, attended by Ivanka, Lala Trump, Tiffany, and Marla Maples. Trump Jr.’s daughter with ex-wife Vanessa Trump, Kai Trump, 19, also stopped by, according to a spy.
The luncheon was hosted by Palm Beach socialites Yaz Hernandez, Amy Phelan, and Audrey Groos, and featured guests Daphne Oz, Dina Powell McCormick, Dee Okrepo Hilfiger, Andrea Wynn, and Amy Baier, wife of Brett Baier.
Anderson and Don Jr. started dating in December 2024 after his engagement to ex-fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle, 55, was called off.
On the same day that Page Six exclusively reported on Don Jr.’s breakup with the former Fox reporter, then-President-elect Donald Trump appointed Guilfoyle as U.S. ambassador to Greece. Don Jr. told Page Six at the time, “Kimberly and I will never stop caring for each other and will always have a special bond.”
Don Jr. was married to Vanessa Trump from 2005 to 2018 and they have five children.
Anderson was previously engaged to Chewing Gum heir Beau Wrigley. She has never been married.
