Link Management, which began operations in 2025, was founded to “go beyond transactional brand deals to provide personalized, holistic representation that helps talent diversify revenue streams, strengthen personal brands, and build sustainable long-term careers.”
The company boasts a client roster of more than 50 creators who collectively reach more than 60 million followers across categories such as beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and parenting.

Meister, a talent management veteran, and Doctor, an investment banker, serve as co-managing directors of Link, with Meister focusing on talent strategy and campaign execution and Doctor overseeing infrastructure, finance and operations, leveraging financial and corporate expertise to ensure efficiency, transparency and long-term sustainability.
Since launch, Meister has secured deals with Sephora Squad and Ulta Beauty Collective for Link clients, and has also helped launch creator-led product lines outside of brand partnerships.
“Link is built around relationships at its core,” says Dochter. “We believe that the best representation comes from understanding creators’ goals, protecting their vision, and supporting their growth with transparency and trust every step of the way. For us, growth means helping creators improve their platform and empowering managers to advocate for them in an even greater way. Seeing creators respond so positively to this approach reinforced that we were building exactly what we wanted to create.”
Meister continued, “Link Management was designed in response to a critical gap in the creator economy. Creators crave the thoughtful, transparent, long-term representation that can only exist in a culture that truly invests in their managers. At Link, we’ve built a more intentional and sustainable talent management model that prioritizes trust, clear communication, and long-term partnerships to help creators grow with confidence.”
