Digital Brand Architects has promoted five team members across its Los Angeles and New York-based talent division, including “The Home Edit” talent manager Alix Frank.

Frank, who previously represented Claire Shearer and Joanna Teplin at The Home Edit, has been promoted to executive vice president of talent at the company, which is led by Raina Penchansky. Additionally, Ali Wald and Hayley Walsh have been promoted to vice president of talent, and Sasha Mixon and Sophie Fox have been named directors of talent.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Frank relocated to Los Angeles to join the company in 2014 and led its expansion into the food and household space. She oversees a team of talent managers while personally representing a variety of talent and New York Times bestselling authors, including The Home Edit, Dani Kralich, Olivia Tiedemann, Marco Zamora, and Lissie McIntosh. She has played a central role in building globally recognized brands and campaigns, most notably partnering with the South Beach Wine & Food Festival and DBA to launch the festival’s first influencer-driven event, FoodieCon. In 2018, she worked closely on the launch of DBA’s podcast network, Dear Media, advising on cross-platform collaboration and growth in the audio space.

Wald currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Digital Brand Architects. Her clients include Wishbone Kitchen, Brian Can’t Stop Eating, Block Your Body, The Grill Dads, Miles Chumley Watson, Job Kahn, and more. Waldo has become known for his ability to bridge the gap between digital and traditional media, winning innovative deals in publishing, television, streaming and podcasting, and helping clients establish themselves as celebrities.

Walsh, who is also newly appointed vice president, will represent a roster of creators including beauty phenomenon Miqueila Nogueira, DJ Zandra Paul, Brann Flacketts, Chelsea Park, and more. She specializes in discovering emerging talent and cultivating long-term success through thoughtful mentorship and customized brand strategies, including joint collaborations with Ole Henriksen, Glow Recipe, and Elf Cosmetics.

Now a talent director, Dweck is known for discovering early breakout talent, including Bridget and Daniel Ferron, Kira Kirby, and Gia Dadi. In 2025, Sasha continued to drive performance and portfolio growth across the talent roster while supporting the execution of a seven-figure partnership with Microsoft Copilot. Her work includes securing ongoing collaborations with brands such as L’Oréal, Maybelline, Wella, Amazon, and Victoria’s Secret.

Ms. Fox, who is also DBA’s new talent director, has been with the company for six years, building customer relationships with brands across the Amazon, Sephora, L’Oréal and P&G portfolios. Fox was featured in Business Insider’s 20 Most Influential TikTok Talent Managers and Agents who help creators build their businesses.

“These promotions and strategic hires underscore our long-term vision for DBA: building a team as ambitious and forward-thinking as the creators we represent,” said DBA President Vanessa Flaherty. “By developing talent from within and thoughtfully expanding our leadership, we are in a position to not only support growth, but also define the next phase of the creator economy.”
