Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco talked about making little progress in wedding planning this summer. However, the couple sparked rumors this weekend that they may have completed a major positive ritual of their bachelor’s degree and a single trip.
Gomez first burned speculation yesterday when the photos surfaced on a yacht with a group of friends in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. TMZ noted that Gomez had only women with her, including longtime close friends Ashley Cook, Raquel Stevens, Courtney Lopez and her cousin Priscilla Marie. The star wore a black dress with a keyhole neckline that looked like a Vyb Swim per email every day.

Her friend Taylor Swift was not photographed with the group, but the singer was not seen on the same day at her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s event. On his side, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end joined his parents in a screening of Kingdom, a doxally about his team. Swift kept her place private.
Meanwhile, Gomez’s fiancee, Benny Blanco, appeared to be enjoying his bachelor’s degree the same weekend as her. He posted about his stay in Resort World in Las Vegas, writing in his Instagram story that he “I will never forget this weekend.”
He appeared solo in the shot, but the massive food spread in his first Instagram story suggests he had a large number of friends with him.
The couple has not made a date for their wedding, but the Daily Mail ran a report earlier this summer claiming Gomez and Blanco will be married next month. According to sources, “Serena and Benny’s wedding will be a two-day event in Montecito (Calif.) in September. “Everyone invited will bring a bag for the night to stay over the weekend.”
Sources say it’s only friends and family, and some celebrities like Taylor Swift, Travis Kels and Gomez are the only murder-like co-stars in the building that is due forthcoming.
However, the wedding could go further in the future. In August, Gomez told Jake Shane on Cerapas that she and Blanco hadn’t planned much.
“I’m (I’m excited about the wedding stuff) and I couldn’t be more excited,” she said ahead of time. “There’s so many kinds of things happening in that moment, when he’s working on some projects that he has to close out. And we have something we want to finish with our own personal efforts before we get to the heart of everything.”
She added that she is ready to tie the knot.
