What you need to know
Congratulations to Ella Hunt and Thomas Bartlett.
The Dickinson actress, 27, and her longtime pianist partner have tied the knot, each announced in separate Instagram posts. Hunt and Bartlett, 44, have been dating since at least 2018.
Ms Hunt shared a number of quirky photos from the celebration, including walking into church with a sheer veil over her face, the altar where she and Mr Bartlett said “I do”, a touching toast at the reception that night, and her and Mr Bartlett’s first photo as a couple.
“I married Rome in the middle of a cold winter,” Hunt wrote in the caption. “It was supremely gothic, predictably icy and absolutely spectacular.”

In his posts, Bartlett, known professionally as Dubman, included snaps of the couple walking back down the aisle as husband and wife, a photo of himself playing the piano on their big day, candid shots of guests at the reception, and a photo of the couple laughing at the altar.
He simply captioned his post, “Boo! I married boo!” And Hunt responded in the comments, emphatically saying, “MY BOO FOR ALL TIME.”
Fellow 27-year-old actress Daisy Edgar-Jones also served as Hunt’s maid of honor and gave a heartwarming glimpse into the day’s behind-the-scenes and quiet moments. Ms Edgar-Jones posted a photo of her wedding dress – a fitted, strapless dress with a long satin ruching with gathers at the back – hanging before the celebrations began, and another snap of herself helping Hunt put on the dress afterwards.
Edgar-Jones also shared some shots of her bridal party wearing burgundy and black dresses for the wedding (as maid of honor, Edgar-Jones wore an all-black ensemble paired with a cream-colored top). Ahead of the wedding, the groom wore black robes with white lace, while Hunt wore a matching robe with black lace on a white background. One of the bridesmaids captured the moment in a mirror, and Edgar-Jones shared it.
“They got married and it was perfect!!!🫶🏼🤍✨,” Edgar-Jones wrote in the caption. Hunt praised her friend in a comment, calling her “the best maid of honor ever ❤️.”

Hunt announced her engagement in early December by sharing a moment from her bachelorette party. Ms Hunt wore a glittery headband that read “Bride”, a long white coat and a sheer veil as she partied with friends including Edgar Jones.
Hunt and Bartlett were first seen spending time together in a 2018 Instagram post, and a year later, Bartlett called Hunt one of his “favourites” in another post. The musician appeared to confirm their relationship when he shared a tribute to Hunt on Valentine’s Day 2020. “My Valentine, my happy place,” she wrote next to a black and white photo of the two hugging each other.
