Jessica Alba and Cash Warren’s custody agreement for their three children has been revealed.
A judge signed the ex-girlfriends’ divorce agreement on March 16, and according to documents obtained by Page Six, Alba and Warren will share joint legal and physical custody of all of their children: daughters Honor Marie, 17, and Haven Garner, 14, and son Hayes, 8.
The documents say neither Alba, 44, nor Warren, 47, will pay child support to each other and have been ordered not to discuss the lawsuit or make derogatory comments about each other in front of their minor children.
The multimillion-dollar divorce settlement also specifies that what is considered community property, including a home, art, and furniture purchased between the couple’s marriage on May 19, 2008, and their separation date of December 27, 2024, will be divided equally.
They are entitled to half of the profits made by each other from film and TV projects they produced during their marriage.
Alba’s credits at the time included Sin City: A Damn to Kill For and Valentine’s Day, while more notable projects produced by Warren included 30 for 30 and the documentary Crips and Bloods: Made in America.
As for Aruba’s The Honest Company, Warren will receive 50% of the restricted stock.
Additionally, the two do not pay spousal support to each other.
Alba and Warren, who were married for 16 years, finalized their divorce in February, two years after they separated.
The “Honey” star announced their split in January 2025, writing on Instagram, “I have been on a journey of self-actualization and transformation for years, both personally and in partnership with Cash.”
“I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years, and now it’s time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals,” she continued. “We move forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family.”
“Our children remain our top priority.”
Since then, the two have progressed into a romantic relationship.
Alba is dating actor Danny Ramirez, 33, while Warren was last seen with 22-year-old actress and singer Shauna Pereira after a brief fling with 25-year-old model Hana San Doer.
In December, it was revealed that Honor was attending Yale University to study English and film, and that her father also attended the same university.
