Dennis Richards first appeared in court amid a turbulent divorce from Aaron Phippers.

On Monday, September 8th, Richards’s detention order request hearing was postponed until next month, according to court documents obtained by people.

In the meantime, the judge had accessed Richards on September 13th to one of the couple’s residences and “recovered his personal property, including his mother and dog,” while the Phippers were ordered to stay 100 yards from the home, as stated in the temporary restraining order granted in July.
