Dennis Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phippers, toured the house that claimed the actress was abandoned and left in a state of total chaos amid their controversial division.
The “Dirty Hands” actor, 52, granted an internal edition for the $3.5 million rental property, showing rooms with piles of clothing, dressers covered in trash and dust, and children’s rooms with animals with stuffed animals.
“There are vintage clothing worth hundreds of dollars here, and that’s plagued by moth,” Fippers said.
Pointing to the messy bathroom countertop filled with open second hand toiletries, he added, “She keeps putting on makeup and buying makeup, getting more makeup.”

However, the “Real Housewife of Beverly Hills” alumni claimed she moved two years ago, accusing her ex and his family of “severe damage to her property and leaving the house in a state of chaos.”
Pyper lives on a lower level of property along with his parents, siblings and 15 dogs, Richards.
In a previously obtained filing page 6, the “Wild Things” star told her he will be responsible for rent from January this year, but he did not pay and the family refused to leave.
As a result, Phypers and his relatives are facing eviction, and Richards, 54, told the court that he was trying to remove his belongings and dogs from the house without violating the restraining order.
Since then, the judge has approved the “Drop Dead Gorgeous” star on Saturday to get his pets and things back.
Page 6 contacted the Phippers representative to comment on Richards’ aspects of the story, but received no response.
The “Leap” actor claims that his estranged wife is responsible for the messy house, “I don’t know if it’s that hoarding. It’s something.”
His mom added, “I love Dennis and I treated her like a daughter, but I don’t know.”
After an explosive fight, the Fipter, who filed a divorce with Richards in July and seeks spousal support from the movie star, also told the outlet he was sure to claim he was abusive.
“She’s upset. I’ve abandoned her publicly to the world, and she’s mad, so how will she retaliate? I’ll file a false abuse claim,” he said in response.
Phypers and Richards tied the knot at a beachfront wedding aired on Bravo in 2018.
