Denise Richards’ estranged husband Aaron Phypers wants half of her OnlyFans funds, new divorce documents reveal.
In a document obtained by Page Six Friday, Phypers, 53, claimed that she “helped build[Richards’]OnlyFans account” and that she owns “the intellectual property rights to most, if not all, of the photos used on her page.”
Mr. Fipers further claimed that “she cut off my access to the joint income we earned together.”
Fipers, filed in Los Angeles on Friday, says he is asking a judge to award him “half of the income from OnlyFans, the joint income we have built and earned together, because I take the photos and own the intellectual property rights.”
He added: “I don’t think this qualifies as spousal support, but I do think it qualifies as a property right to half of the jointly earned OnlyFans business income.”
Phypers claimed the “Wild Things” actress, 54, earns between $200 and $300,000 a month on the subscription-based site, which Richards began producing content for in 2022.
In the declaration, the actor also claimed that he is “about to be evicted,” is behind on rent and other utilities, and is “lack of money and financially desperate (sic).”
Representatives for Richards and Fipers did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
In her testimony in early October, Richards claimed that Phypers became violent while she was recovering from cosmetic surgery in May.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality also testified that the alleged encounter resulted in “at least three concussions,” according to People magazine. She also claimed that she had a black eye after the incident in January 2022.
According to Us Weekly, Phypers took the stand and refuted her claims, telling her lawyer during her testimony, “Yes,” and that it was no exaggeration to say the reality TV star was “vulnerable.”
“She had bruises on her arms and all sorts of things. She had bruises and falls while cooking,” he said, insisting that he had witnessed the “Drop Dead Gorgeous” star getting hurt “frequently” and that he didn’t believe she did it “intentionally.”
Mr Phypers, who has vehemently denied Richards’ claims and leveled his own accusations that Richards abused painkillers and alcohol and was unfaithful, also repeated on stage: “I do not abuse my wife.”
On the first day of the restraining order hearing, Phypers’ cousin Kathleen McAllister testified that she witnessed him beat his estranged wife during a January 2022 incident.
Ms McAllister claimed: “I saw Aaron hit Denise and immediately the black eye on her looked awful.” “I’m still literally in shock about it.”
Phypers and Richards, who were previously granted a temporary TRO but are seeking to make it permanent, married in 2018. The “Denise Richards and the Wild Things” star has grown daughters Sami and Lola with ex Charlie Sheen. She adopted her daughter Eloise in 2011 as a single mother.
