David Beckham playfully roasted his wife Victoria Beckham while preparing dinner on Sunday, and she took it in stride.
The Spice Girls alum, 51, filmed the former soccer star, 50, preparing a meal for her family and shared the footage to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, October 19.
“‘I’m doing a Sunday roast in preparation for my parents’ arrival in a few hours, and I’m sure they’re really looking forward to it,” David says at the beginning of the first video.
When Victoria asked if he needed any help, her husband deadpanned, “From whom?” She urged him to serve her, but David replied, “Absolutely not. Stay away!”

“What do you mean, stay away?” Victoria asks her husband, laughing.

“Darling, we’re not going to toast ham and cheese,” he retorted over the simple sandwich.
Still, David made it clear he was just having fun, adding a sweet, “We love you.”
The following video has the caption, “The parents have arrived!!” — David takes a shot while vigorously whisking the Yorkshire pudding batter.
“Do you want another one?” Victoria asked him about the alcohol, to which he replied enthusiastically, “Yes, please!”

The singer-turned-designer also shared a family photo of his parents, as well as a photo of his daughter Harper, 14, enjoying a meal at a large dining room table.

“We love you all!!!” Victoria captioned the post with a heart emoji.
The mother of four spoke about her husband’s love of cooking, especially how he always prepares Christmas dinner and she prepares the drinks.
“I don’t cook. I make drinks,” Victoria said on a 2024 episode of Hoda & Jenna.
“I’ll be the bartender. Someone has to do it,” she continued, adding, “David will be cooking. He’s actually a really good cook. He loves the whole prep thing.”
Earlier that year, the entrepreneur told the Telegraph that he actively avoids stress by not cooking.
“Harper says I can burn water, so maybe it’s better for everyone if I don’t[cook],” she jokingly told the outlet.
