A year after the scandal that shook their marriage, Jordin Blum and Dave Grohl are getting stronger.
In September 2024, Foo Fighters frontman, 56, revealed that he welcomed the 49-year-old “outside of marriage (his) marriage” about whether the couple they met in 2001, who shared three daughters, was heading for splits. A year later, sources tell people that the pair is “very happy.”
“She forgave him,” the source said of Blum. “They never wanted a divorce. The idea of splitting their families was too sad for both of them. They love girls, and they are both great parents.”
“Bram was “difficult at first, but betrayal was painful for both of them,” Grohl said, “it felt bad and asked him to forgive me,” insider said. Blum adds, “surrounded by friends who believed in marriage and encouraged her to fight for it.”
“They are very happy right now,” the source says. “She feels it’s all worth fighting for.”

The latest insights into the couple’s marriage come when they were discovered together on a rare outing in Los Angeles on Friday, September 5th. The pair took a photo with a friend from LA who attended a supergrass concert at Hollywood Palladium.
Grohl representatives did not immediately respond to people’s requests for comment on Saturday, September 6th.
In a statement from Grohl, who announced in September 2024 that he had welcomed the baby outside his marriage, the musician said:
“He knows he’s been ruined,” the insider said at the time. “It’s one situation where you don’t understand what you have until you lose it. He doesn’t want to lose his family.”

The pair, who share their daughters Violet May, 19, Harper Willow, and Ophelia St., 16 and 11, celebrated Christmas as a family in 2024.
“That was exactly that shock for Jordyn. Her first instinct was that she wanted a divorce. The betrayal felt too heavy,” the source explained at the time. “But as the weeks went by, she got the space to think, and if the family split up, it made her very saddened.”
The pair were filmed together for the first time since the February 2025 scandal and came out together again in March. Before a superglass concert in LA, the couple were recently discovered together in July at the 2025 Wimbledon Tennis Championship. The sporting event marked its first public event since Baby News.
