Dak Prescott and his ex-fiancée Sarah Jane Ramos nearly called off their wedding just weeks before arriving at the altar.
The influencer’s publicist confirmed that she and the Dallas Cowboys star were “heartbroken” after their three-year romance ended in March 2026.
“There were no disruptions leading up to the start, no major altercations or outbursts,” a rep told People. “It was a mutual decision.”
Prescott and Ramos have daughters Margaret Jane Rose and Aurora Lane, and are “dedicated to raising their children together in the most loving and positive way,” the spokesperson added.
“It’s still shocking to them because this happened so recently. They ask for privacy while they sort everything out.”

Rumors of a relationship between Prescott and Ramos first surfaced in September 2023, when Ramos was spotted attending a Cowboys-New York Giants game.
The internet personality quickly confirmed their relationship with a photo of him wearing a Cowboys jacket while posing alongside Prescott.

A month after their romance debuted, Ramos announced that he and Prescott are expecting their first child in November 2023.

Rumors of breakup
On March 7, 2026, reports broke that Ramos and Prescott had filed for divorce, one month before they were scheduled to wed in Italy.
TMZ claimed the couple broke up after an alleged argument at a joint Bachelor and Bachelorette party in the Caribbean.
Additionally, an allegedly leaked email was sent to wedding guests, revealing that the couple had “made the very difficult decision to cancel[their wedding].”
“We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by this matter and welcome your prayers,” the companies said in a joint statement.

A few days later, Ramos’ rep confirmed the breakup to People.
Ramos also addressed rumors that he and Prescott broke up after an argument over a prenuptial agreement in the comments section of a social media post.
