Ambika Mod, Daisy Ridley and Morfydd Clark are among the names taking part in London’s special one-off table of “Pride and Prejudice” to raise funds for medical assistance for Palestinians.
The event is arranged by the Gaza Group cinemas. Last year, he raised more than £250,000 ($316,000) for charity through auctions of items and personal experiences from names such as Josh O’Connor, Tilda Swinton, and Jonathan Glazer.
The table lead will be hosted by Nisch Kumar and will be held on October 12th at Troxi, East London. Alongside Mod, Ridley and Clark, others involved include Jameela Jamil, Susan Wokoma, Mawaan Rizwan, Priya Kansara, Amar Chadha-Patel, Jeff Mirza, Shazia Mirza and Asim Chaudhry. More names will be announced for what is called a “a fun, imaginative homage to Austin’s enduring story,” directed by Nida Manzoor, creator of “We Are Lady Parts.” |

According to a cinema in Gaza, “All pennies that grew up in the evening are sent directly to medical assistance for Palestinian life-saving tasks, including the Policic in Gaza. The clinic claims it supports hundreds of patients a day and provides important medical care, including psychosocial support for chronic illnesses, physical therapy, and drug therapy.
