Today’s episode will listen to the highlights of the Variety Entertainment and Technology Summit, including lively sessions with Nicole Beer, Erin Foster, Sarah Foster, Matt Rogers, Jake Shane and Benito Skinner, moderated by Variety Mark Malkin. Additionally, the highlight of John Stamos and Zeam CEO Jack Perry is about the build-out plans for the live streaming platform.
Marc’s conversations with six multi-multi-hyphenates are broad and scope, and it can be difficult to track who is who, unless you happen to be a superfan of them. But that’s to hear the points they make. There’s been a lot of things about how younger and older millennials see their opportunities these days in the entertainment field. Mark also lets them talk about their own entertainment and social media habits and preferences. Regular listeners on “Strictly Business” know that they love talking to everyday people at meetings and fan customs. It’s attractive. So, here Mark is having a conversation, so enjoy the ride here:
Nicole Beer – Host, “Why don’t you date me?”
Jake Shane – Host, “Serapass”
Benito Skinner – Creator, Writer, EP & Actor, “Overcompensation” & Host, “Ride”
Matt Rogers – Host, “Las Culturista”
Erin Foster – creator, writer, EP, “No one wants this,” hosted by “world’s first podcast”
SARA FOSTER – EP, “Nobody Wanted to Do This” and “World’s First Podcast” host

And then we hear from John Stamos of Multihyphenate, leader of Zeam, Jack Perry and John Stamos. So Stamos was the perfect Ptichman to promote the wide range of local TV station offerings via streaming in a cheeky Super Bowl ad filmed by Zeam this year.
Stamos was impressed with the company and is now the top innovation director. Zeam has a great drive to deliver live-streamed original content built around comedians, musicians and like-minded performers. Here, the two talk to me about how they want to grow the Zeam scene.
