Ryan White’s “Come See Me in the Good Light” took home top honors at the 19th Cinema Eye Honors in New York on Thursday. The documentary, about poets Andrea Gibson and Megan Farley as they grapple with Gibson’s cancer journey, won the Outstanding Nonfiction Feature Award, the Original Music Award, and the Gibson and Farley Unforgettables Award.
“Perfect Neighbor” won Best Director for Geeta Gundbil and Best Editing for Viridiana Lieberman, while “She’s” also won Best Debut Feature and Best Cinematography for Brittany Shine.
“Alabama Solution” and “Tropical Apocalypse” tied for outstanding work.

‘The Solution’ and ‘Tropical Apocalypse’ were all shortlisted for the Oscar for Best Documentary Feature.
Lauren Greenfield’s FX series “Social Studies” was recognized for outstanding nonfiction series and broadcast editing.
