Several Coldplay fans were upset after the band was forced to reschedule two shows from the tour.
“Who will refund a trip from Scotland, hotels and train tickets?! Absolutely shocking!!!” One fan wrote after Coldplay notified concert attendees via Instagram on Saturday of their last last cancellation.
Another social media user said, “You have to be kidding me! We paid for the scheduled dates we were abroad for our trip, accommodation and honeymoon.
“I took my mom who I wanted to see you for years as a Christmas present last year.
The third fan reverberated inconveniently, saying, “Thousands of people have to take off work, have to reschedule train tickets, hotel bookings and pet care. Understand how much you saved to spend one night.
However, Coldplay explained in the announcement that the scheduling changes were due to safety issues.
The “Yellow” hitmaker is refreshing from the fraud scandal that has created headlines involving two fans, and in a statement said that the final concert at Wembley Stadium had to move for “planned industrial action on the London Underground.”
Currently, the concert on September 7th will be held on September 6th, and the show on September 8th will be held on September 12th.
“We apologize for the unavoidable disappointment, frustration and inconvenience this situation will cause,” Coldplay said.
They added, “Without tube service, it would be impossible to safely bring 82,000 people to the concert and home again, so we cannot grant event licenses on the evenings of September 7th and 8th.”
The “Sky Full of Stars” rock groups have not responded to the repulsion, but many of the other fans have come to their defense.
“Why is Hell denounced the band for this? They are not responsible for the decisions others have made,” one netizen said.
Another agreed, “The condemning comments made me so angry!
“I was recently at a concert where it was open or no traffic lights to get home. Thankfully I booked a taxi, but I was lucky enough to get the lift as it took a long time due to traffic from all the other taxis.
ColdPlay reassured fans that those who are unable to attend the rescheduled show will be refunded in full and that those tickets can be sold to other concert participants.
