Christina Aguilera’s daughter Summer made a rare appearance on the singer’s Instagram on Wednesday.
The 11-year-old boy appeared in the Grammy Award winner’s video from Costa Rica’s La Paz Falls Garden and Wildlife Sanctuary.
“Thank you for the great tour and fresh air βοΈπ©΅π¦,” the pop star exclaimed. “Pura vida xxx”
The video showed Summer walking through the shelter with her mom and dad, Matthew Rutler, holding a butterfly in her hand.
Aguilera and her fiancΓ©, 40, kissed the preteen on the head in a sweet moment.
Summer wore a white Tanzanian T-shirt, black shorts and sneakers, while her parents also wore casual clothes.
The trio took a group photo in front of the waterfall.
Aguilera posted an additional slideshow documenting the rest of the family trip, including songwriter performances and autographs.
Her eldest son, 18-year-old son Max, does not appear to be on the trip.
Aguilera welcomed Max while married to ex-husband Jordan Bratman in 2010.
The former “Voice” coach moved on with Rattler that same year, and the two got engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2014.
Summer was born that August.
As her daughter approaches her 10th birthday in 2024, Aguilera shared a sweet tribute on social media.
“Today I’m reflecting on how quickly time flies,” the “Genie in a Bottle” crooner wrote. “The past nine years have been filled with boundless love, warm hugs, late nights, Disney adventures, and most recently, the joy of sharing the stage with you.
“I thank the universe every day for giving me the privilege of being your mom, a role that will be my ultimate accomplishment,” she concluded. “I’m so proud to see you grow into such an amazing young woman. Mommy loves you so much!”
