Chris Pratt has no plans for the giant portrait his father-in-law Arnold Schwarzenegger gave him for Christmas.
“His love language is giving gifts, that’s for sure. He just goes all out with the gifts,” the “Avengers” star said on Thursday’s episode of “The Graham Norton Show.”
“One this year was like a 6-foot-by-8-foot portrait of all three of my kids and him as Santa Claus. It’s very lifelike, it’s very large, and it’s him as Santa Claus,” Pratt added. “And the three kids peeked around the Christmas tree and saw him eating cookies.”
When Mr. Norton pointed out that the gift could not be used “all year round,” Mr. Pratt acknowledged that it could only be displayed during the holidays.
“Well, I don’t know exactly what to do with it for the rest of the year,” he said. “I think we need to get out of this sometime in November.”
The Guardians of the Galaxy actor, 46, said the giant portrait would “make a great decoration” for his home, which he shares with wife Katherine Schwarzenegger, 36, and children Lyla, 5, Eloise, 3, and Ford, 1.
“It was a very thoughtful gift,” he added, noting that the 78-year-old “Terminator” star once “gave[him]the alligator boots that he wore in the movie.”
“We have the same size feet,” Pratt revealed, noting that the boots were “re-gifted” and “symbolic.”
Pratt and Katherine married in Montecito, California in 2019. Pratt was previously married to Scary Movie actress Anna Faris, 49, with whom he has a son, Jack, 13.
The “Everwood” alum previously shared trivia about Arnold’s gift-giving talents.
In an August 2025 interview on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” Pratt said that his father-in-law is “very good at giving personalized gifts, like quilts with our faces on them.”
“For Mother’s Day, she had all the kids come and organized a drawing party for us all,” the father of three revealed.
“It was so cute to see the Governor painting with the girls.”
